My little puppy, Eva, is home after a very tough week.  She's doing well and will be up and playing around in just a month!

Ball Park Happy Place

I’m at Fenway Park, aka “My Happy Place” and it doesn’t really matter what I have to say on this episode of Intervals…it’s just good to be back at “The Cathedral of Baseball”.

Back at Fenway Park!

I'm back at Fenway to watch my beloved Boston Red Sox beat the New York Yankees!! play Ball!!

5:47:52 Thank you John

My friend, fellow runner and coach: John Ellis, ran an impressive 5:47:52 today in the Boston Marathon. This was a beautiful day in New England and I very much appreciate the fact that runners like John had the courage, indomitable spirit and athleticism to run 26.2 miles from Hopkinton to downtown Boston.  Thank you John, and everyone who ran Boston today.  You taught me a valuable lesson.
