My first weigh in....don't get too excited for me; but to quote the crystal life forms of Velara III (Star Trek - Next Generation reference) I am just an "ugly bag of mostly water".  Today I'll tell you a little bit more about my new diet, and how I plan to lose 40 pounds.

Burning 40

Today is the first day of a new diet that I'm going to follow.  It doesn't really matter WHICH diet it is; all that matters is that I learn some discipline. 

All we want to do is eat your brains...

"...we're not unreasonable, I mean no one's gonna eat your eyes". I'm on my way to the office talking about my naive nature in management and my enjoyment of a few TV shows, including "The Walking Dead"...a show that I identify with quite a bit lately!

I'm now 52 years old, and aside from a few aches and pains, I'm doing pretty well thank you!

Getting Older and Less Angry

I was once a person who didn't like animals....dogs specifically.  Today, I LOVE dogs: in fact I love my two puppies (Indiana and Eva) "tree-si-so" with all my heart.  Change of heart is often good.
